This is absolutely the BEST dental experience that I’ve ever had!!!! I came in with…excuse the pun…MAJOR anxiety. The office staff was amazing! This is family owned business that clearly caters to each individual patient!!! I was so excited I totally forgot to mention the sheer expertise of Dr. Major and Mandy. They explained everything in clear detail and patiently waited to see if I had any questions. Mrs. Major took my initial call and after our conversation I was so much more at ease. She told me that their objective was the completion of getting me healthy. I LOVE her! I have follow up appointments to get work done but I’m ready for this journey 🌹.

I was referred to Major Smiles by my daughter. She said they are very professional and kind. This was an under statement! I had an emergency visit as a first time patient. His staff was very accommodating and worked me in within the hour!!! They were everything she said and more! Also included in this first visit was a your of the office. Dr. Major was very compassionate, empathetic and yet extremely professional. He also let me know during this visit what to expect for my next visit, including the work and procedure as well as what my portion should be financially. Dr. Major and his team more than exceeded my expectations.

Excellent experience, start to finish. The office is new, sparkling clean, and pleasant. The staff was welcoming and friendly. My dental hygienist was efficient, pleasant, and patient. With my questions. Dr. Majors was also friendly and very patient with my questions. They appear to take a low intervention approach, so no concerns that they will recommend unnecessary procedures. They are also very upfront about costs and benefits both short and long term of dental procedures, and they were able to answer questions about insurance coverage immediately. Bonus points because you can book an appointment online as well as by calling!
